School symbol

        School official emblem is derived entirely from the university official emblem; called “Rojanakorn” which five parts are embodied in as follows.
                - A Sema: signifies wisdom.
                - A ewer: signifies being completely knowledgeable.
                - Nadoon Buddha relic pagoda: signifies morality.
                - Solar rays: signify prosperity.
                - Isan Lai Khid patterns: signify Isan local wisdom.

Tree School

The Golden Shower Tree, also known as Ratchaphruek, is a traditional symbol of good fortune. It is deemed to be the school’s tree for sustenance and prosperity.

School Colours are Yellow and Grey

- Yellow signifies prosperity, morality and fertility.
- Grey signifies ideas and wisdom

School history

Mahasarakham University Demonstration School (Secondary) or DMSU was established on January 22, 1997, by Special Professor Dr. Pawit Thongroj, the President at that time, for the main purpose in providing the educational welfare to the offspring of Mahasarakham University’s staff. Nowadays, Mahasarakham University Demonstration School (Secondary) is located in Kamriang campus, Kantharawichai District, Mahasarakham Province.

Vision/Mission

Mahasarakham University Demonstration School (Secondary) aims to be a hub for secondary educational management as well as an institute for teaching professional training excellence

Vision
       1. To serve as the educational establishment for MSU civil servants’ and MSU permanent employees’ offspring.
       2. To serve as an instructional school and to develop the agreement of partner education and memorandum of understanding (MoU).
       3. To serve as a cooperative learning and research laboratory and to develop the students physically, socially, morally, and spiritually
       4. To provide secondary educational services.
       5. To provide academic services and professional pedagogy.

Objectives

       4. To serve as a centre of social wisdom, academy and cultural promotion.

Authority
(1) have the duty to supervise the activity management system in the demonstration gym to be effective;
(2) Content Budget income - annual expenditure on things to be careful.
(3) requiring that the operators must give details to the university.
(4) Encourage and encourage others to recognize that they are excellent according to their own expertise.
